Are you Rackspace?
No. We are Multi Cloud Consulting, an independent advisor and Rackspace Technology Associate Partner.
Who will support my environment?
For managed services we refer, Rackspace Technology provides delivery and support under their customer agreement — often under Fanatical Support® (AWS or Azure) or a Rackspace Managed Cloud / Fanatical Experience® engagement, depending on the path.
Do you only work with AWS?
No. We advise across managed AWS, managed Azure, and private/hybrid (including dedicated) paths — then introduce qualified clients to Rackspace Technology for the path that fits.
Can you help with Azure the same way as AWS?
Yes. We qualify Azure opportunities the same way we qualify AWS — plain-language discovery, fit recommendation, then introduction when it makes sense.
What about private cloud or dedicated servers?
Those are first-class options on this site. If compliance, performance, or control points you away from public cloud alone — or toward a hybrid mix — we will say so.
