Managed Azure support — without building a full cloud ops team

If your workloads are on Microsoft Azure (or you are evaluating Azure) and you need reliable managed support without hiring a large platform bench, we can help you assess fit — then introduce qualified clients to Rackspace Technology for Fanatical Support® for Microsoft Azure and related managed Azure paths.

Looking at AWS or private/hybrid instead? →

Azure can be the right cloud. Operating it alone still takes a team.

Many organizations choose Azure for Microsoft 365 adjacency, enterprise agreements, data residency preferences, or application fit — then face the same operational reality as any public cloud: monitoring, identity and access hygiene, patching guidance, incident response, and keeping production stable while the business keeps shipping.

Hiring a full Azure platform team is expensive. Stretching a small IT group across every cloud fire drill is risky.

Managed Azure support exists so you can run on Microsoft cloud with a specialist partner helping you operate it.

What Fanatical Support for Microsoft Azure is meant to give you

Exact scope depends on the Rackspace Technology offering you choose. On this site we use Rackspace’s public product names carefully: Fanatical Support® for Microsoft Azure is a real managed Azure path (alongside broader Rackspace Managed Cloud engagements that can include Azure). We do not invent SLAs or tier names on this page. Buyers typically look for:

  • A managed support relationship for Azure environments — not DIY tickets alone
  • Help with operational guidance, monitoring expectations, and escalation when something breaks
  • Room for your internal team to focus on applications and customers
  • A path that can grow as your Azure footprint and complexity grow

On a call, we map your needs to the right conversation — Fanatical Support for Microsoft Azure, a broader Managed Cloud engagement, or another path — without overselling a package you have not evaluated.

Is this a fit?

Strong fit

  • SMBs and mid-market teams on Azure (or moving there) without a large cloud ops or SRE bench
  • Organizations already in the Microsoft ecosystem that want managed support, not a full rebuild
  • Canadian or U.S. buyers who want plain-language advice before signing a managed services agreement
  • Teams comparing “hire more Azure engineers” vs. “buy managed support”

Probably not a fit

  • You need Multi Cloud Consulting to be your 24×7 NOC — we advise and refer; Rackspace Technology delivers
  • You only want a bare Azure subscription with no managed layer
  • You need custom application development (that is not this engagement)
  • AWS or private/hybrid is clearly the better primary path — we will say so

Multi Cloud Consulting Advise on fit across AWS, Azure, and private/hybrid; qualify the opportunity; introduce you to Rackspace Technology
Rackspace Technology Deliver managed Azure support — including Fanatical Support® for Microsoft Azure or the agreed Managed Cloud path — ongoing support, and the customer relationship for the managed service

What happens next

  1. Short discovery call — Your Azure (or Microsoft cloud) footprint, pain points, timeline, and stakeholders.
  2. Recommendation — Whether managed Azure support looks like a fit — or an honest “not yet / not this / AWS or private-hybrid may be better.”
  3. Introduction — If it is a fit, we introduce you to Rackspace Technology as a qualified referral.
  4. Their process + yours — You evaluate scope, commercials, and support model with Rackspace. We remain available for clarifying questions about the referral path.

No pressure pitch. The goal is a clear decision.

FAQ

Are you Rackspace?

No. Multi Cloud Consulting is an independent advisor and Rackspace Technology Associate Partner based in Vancouver, BC.

Who supports me day to day if I buy managed Azure support?

Rackspace Technology provides delivery and support under their customer agreement — often as Fanatical Support® for Microsoft Azure or within a Rackspace Managed Cloud engagement. We help you get to the right conversation and stay available as a referral point of contact.

Is Fanatical Support only for AWS?

No. Rackspace also offers Fanatical Support® for Microsoft Azure. AWS remains a common path; Azure is a first-class option we qualify the same way.

Do you operate the managed service yourselves?

No. We do not run 24×7 managed operations as Multi Cloud Consulting. Our role is advice and qualified introduction.

Can you qualify Azure the same way you qualify AWS?

Yes. Same discovery process, same plain-language recommendation, same introduction path when it is a fit.

Do I need to already be on Azure?

Not necessarily. If you are evaluating Azure vs. AWS vs. private/hybrid, say so on the call — we will help you choose before anyone sells a managed package.

Can you help if we are in the U.S. as well as Canada?

Yes. We work with Canadian and U.S. clients.

Will you share pricing on this page?

Managed service pricing depends on footprint and scope. We discuss expectations on a call rather than post one-size numbers.

What should I prepare for the first call?

A rough sense of what runs on Azure (or will), Microsoft dependencies that matter, where it hurts today, and any timeline or budget constraints.
